Meet the Jones family: Bro. Danny Jones, missionary to the country of Thailand, my wife Rachel, and daughters Tara, Tiffany and Laura. I have been preaching the gospel for 17 years and have been working in Thailand since September of 2002. I graduated from Emmaus Baptist College in Brandon, FL with a Master in Religious Education and a degree from the School of Psychology at the University of West Florida in Pensacola, FL. I am sponsored by Westwood Missionary Baptist Church in Winter Haven Florida. My wife, Rachel, graduated from the University of South Florida and was an elementary school teacher before moving to Thailand. Certified in teaching English as a second language, Rachel uses her teaching skills to help in the mission work and is an invaluable resource to the ministry here. Our daughters were all born on the mission field in Udon Thani, Thailand.

Rachel and I went on a survey trip to Thailand in June of 2001. Feeling called of the Lord to take the gospel message to the lost people of Thailand, I began full time deputation to raise support for the mission work. In February of 2002, I was able to come back on an evangelistic trip with three other preachers which led to the formation of our first work in the city of Udon Thani, in the northeastern region of Thailand. After returning to finish up deputation, we moved to the field in September of that year.
